Trust your gut… so much great sense in this, but my gut does lead me astray with desires at times.
Trust your brain… again a smart approach, but my brain can hold me back while analyzing.
Trust your emotions… only to feel them, but not to guide; ugh such a big mistake for me.
Trust Spirit… yes, my true north guide, if I take the time and focus to listen.
