Good Morning dear readers! It’s morning for me, and a beautiful day… blue sky, hummingbirds chirping, a nest of baby robins in a nearby tree, two rabbits playing chase, moderate temps, and a peaceful and thankful spirit and soul and mind and body.
My latest spiritual journey has been differentiating my spirit from my soul and mind and heart. Why? Well dear Spirit of God lives with me, but where? I believe that he lives in my spirit and overflows to my soul and heart and body. Accurate? Not sure, but this has been my exploration lately.
This isn’t an easy process for me, even though I’m quick to be aware and in-tune with my being. Yet, discomforting anxiety or fear or pain, can take over and humble me. This happened recently, where I shudder in embarrassment at my behavior.
So here I am this morning, at peace…
What have I learned? That there is a part in me that is always humming, singing, praising my God. When I’m despondent and just needing to give up, this part is humming joyfully. When I’m scared, this part is humming joyfully. When I’m lost or confused, this part is humming joyfully. Through all my struggles, I’m noticing this part that hums joyfully and faithfully. From a young child to this day, this part has hummed joyfully. Spirit? My spirit? Dear Spirit within me? Well, I’m discovering… and focusing on this part more, wanting to get to know this part within me. Seems that lots of joy and faith and hope reside there!
Today I wish you all peace… through your whole being…
Love… live…
